You were are so authentic with us and encouraged the same kind of authenticity in us. This did not feel like a therapy group where we worked on solving problems, but was a group where I felt like I was coming into my power – for the first time in a very different way than I ever had in the past. For so much of my life I felt like I have been tossed about by this life, and did not see that I have power to make decisions to affect what happens in my life. You helped me to see that I can create intentions and follow through.
